Next GTA Meeting: Panel on Legal Issues for Entrepreneurs

Cost: Free for GTA members, $5 for non-members
We’re going to have a great panel in November to cover all your legal questions about starting a business!
Panelists will include lawyers to discuss types of business entities, the full suite of legal documentation, specific documentation for technology companies and legal issues particular to the Mid-Columbia area. We’ll also have an accountant to present their perspective on choice of business entity and the expenses associated with the different kinds of entities as well as Mary Merrill with the Small Business Development Center.
Our great panelists will have plenty of time to answer your particular questions. As always, the meeting will also include networking opportunities and light refreshments.
